Raghavendra M P is an experienced Engineer with over 14 years of experience in ITIL V4, Application Support, Systems Specialist, Core Systems, Agile, and DevOps. He is a customer-driven individual who has a proven track record of keeping the ship sailing. Currently working as an Engineer at ANZ, Raghavendra is responsible for monitoring and supporting V2PLUS Application, identifying, gathering, analyzing, and automating responses to key performance metrics, logs, and alerts, and generating well-defined and documented standard processes for the enterprise. Raghavendra is an expert in problem management and prioritizing User stories in JIRA. He regularly meets with end-users and Operations teams to gain insights about the Product usage. He supports an Agile DevOps process, working in conjunction with end-users/stakeholders and technical delivery teams. He works closely with counterparts in Product Management to align on the vision, program backlog, and roadmap. Raghavendra collaborates with teams to discover and deliver the best solution to the market presented by the product team lead and the business. Raghavendra has successfully led and completed Disaster Recovery exercises. He has translated features into user stories within the team’s backlog while managing, ranking, and prioritizing this backlog to reflect stakeholder’s requirements. Raghavendra has acted as a liaison between business, Operations, and IT teams to refine the product and incorporate features based on market demands. Raghavendra has previously worked as a Senior Technical Analyst at ANZ Technology Center at Bengaluru. His prime responsibility was to resolve incidents and requests and make the applications available to business 24/7 by resolving the interactive and batch job aborts. He has also worked as an Advisor at Gordian Technologies. Raghavendra has completed his 12th from St. Aloysius PU College and his 10th from St. Germain High School. He is well-versed in DevOps and product management. Raghavendra has stabilized the product and was the face of the product for business, customers, and Operations. He has worked 24*7 for out of office support issues.
